Day 1: Antananarivo 

Meet & greet at the airport by the team of Madagascar Tours & Travel and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Antananarivo – Morondava (1h15min Flight) – Bekopaka (200km + / – 8 hours)

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Morondava. Welcome on arrival and departure to join Bekopaka. Take the road to Tsimafana (approx. 3 hours) through the baobab alley; Tsiribihina river crossing ferry, arriving in Belo Tsiribihina after about 30 minutes. Have lunch at a local restaurant then continue the road for 4 hours on a sandy track to Bekopaka. Settle into your hotel after a long day.

Day 3: Le Petit Tsingy and Manambolo gorge

After breakfast, departure to visit the small Tsingy in the morning and Manambolo gorge in the afternoon. After the tour, return to the hotel.

Day 4: The Big Tsingy

After breakfast, transfer to the park entrance and then a full day to discover this site is classified as a World Heritage Site. It looks like a real cathedral of limestone, consisting of a dense network of faults, cracks, surfaces of limestone blocks carved blades or sharp needles. Limestone rocks formed by the deposition of fossils and shells in the sea died there 200 million years are then formed by rainwater there is 5 million years. Day 5: Bekopaka – Morondava (200 km + / – 8 hours)

After breakfast, departure to join Morondava through Belo Tsiribihina where you will have lunch. Passing a tray and a sandy road will bring you to the Alley of Baobabs to admire one of the most beautiful and fascinating landscapes of Madagascar. Take the best photos in the sumptuous sunset before reaching the town of Menabe. Upon arrival, check into your hotel.

Day 6: Morondava – Antsirabe (520 km + / – 8 hours)

After breakfast, visit the town of Morondava, the market then depart for Antsirabe, through arid valleys, hills, splendid view on the great rivers of the West (Tsiribihina.). A small stop in Miandrivazo before continuing. On arrival check into your hotel and relax after a long drive.

Day 7: Antsirabe – Ambositra – Ranomafana (280km + /- 6h)

After breakfast, we will visit the small corners of artisans starting with Mr Mamy and miniature workshop (rickshaws, bicycles, cars …), its embroideries. Mrs. Maminirina and workshop horn that produces valuables with horns zebu … Mr Marcel and confectionery workshop and Malagasy candy … Then Mr Joseph and gemstones. After the visits, departure to join Ranomafana through Ambositra which is the capital of the Malagasy handicrafts which is renowned for inlay and carvings precious wood (Rosewood). Have lunch before visiting the workshops and then on to Ranomafana, leaving the landscape of uplands and entering the area of ​​the rainforest. Settle into your hotel and evening visit before dinner.

Day 8: Ranomafana – Fianarantsoa (170km + /- 2h)

After breakfast, transfer to the entrance of Ranomafana National park to discover its fauna and flora. He is also a World Natural Heritage in the East and is home to a rich and highly endemic biodiversity. You’ll find lemurs, medicinal plants, orchids … After the visit, have lunch and visit the small spa town of Ranomafana before taking the road to Fianarantsoa. Upon arrival, visit the old city and its streets, and also see the design of traditional houses and settle into your hotel.

Day 9: Fianarantsoa – Ambalavao – Ranohira / Isalo (370km + / – 6h)

After breakfast, departure to join Ranohira (Isalo). Through Ambalavao, we will visit the wine cellar, workshop manufacturing Antemoro papers, wild silks. Easy walk to admire the old colonial houses with its famous conservatories. Continue to the village nature reserve «Anja «to meet the lemurs. You will also find tombs, medicinal plants … After the visit departure to Ranohira through the highlands of Horombe with a landscape that must undoubtedly arouse your curiosity. Upon arrival, check into your hotel.

Days 10 & 11: Ranohira / Isalo

After breakfast, transfer to the entrance of Isalo National Park to discover its fauna and flora. The massive ruin forms `s Isalo is a sandstone plateau of continental Jurassic. Heavily eroded, the only witnesses fragmented by sandy valleys and canyons remain: a truly exceptional show. You’ll find lemurs, medicinal plants, orchids, endemic birds, natural pools.

Day 12: Ranohira / Isalo – Tulear – Antananarivo (250Km + / – 4h and 1h15 flight)

After breakfast, depart for Tulear through the highlands of Horombe, the village of Sapphire Ilakaka then continue to Tulear with desert landscapes. Upon arrival, have dinner in a local restaurant and talk about our travels. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Antananarivo and connection for your international flight
